A friend sent me flowers from out of town to pick up and they canceled it on accident because they thought it was a delivery item And it did not meet the delivery requirement fees. I contacted my friend, but did not hear a response back immediately so I sat in the parking lot for a little while and then someone put a pallet of bricks behind me. When I asked them to let me out, he said “why did you park here? This is not your store.” I said because I went into green thumb for a pick up order and he said so where is it? I stated they canceled it. Staff was very rude and I would never return here

I'm really disappointed - I ordered online for a friend's play opening night. I didn't receive any email confirmation so I called to double check all was ok. The woman on the phone was quite short with me and said she had received the order but hadn't put it through yet. My friend never received her flowers. When I called to ask what had happened, the woman said that they don't deliver to that location and that I should have gotten an email saying so (I hadn't). She then said a very quick 'sorry' and hung up on me.

I have done business with Green Thumb Florist/Garden Center since approximately 2013. Bought 2 forthsyia bushes from Ken Green, the owner..and learned a lot from him in regards to planting them in my yard at the time. Have purchased a purple lilac bush from Adam Green, Ken's son..in approximately 2022..after we moved into a newer house in late 2021. I purchased a bag of "Compost Starter" approximately 3 months ago..for my backyard compost bin..and I needed another bag to "jumpstart" the process before the onset of Winter. Stopped in..and noticed a sign out front..at driveway entrance.."Mention this sign..get free 1/2 doz. carnations with any purchase". I purchased bag of Compost Starter..2 five pound bags of lime..for another garden project I have planned..and asked the cashier/florist..about the free carnations. I received my free carnations..all wrapped in paper..and..all in all..had a very pleasant shopping experience there. I would recommend this business if you are wanting to "Shop Local" for flowers..nursery items..bushes..trees, etc.. Thank you Respectfully Glenn

Very easy to work with, and do a great job at a fair price. They recently did a mulch and yard clean up that was above and beyond our expectations. They have fertilized our lawn for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend using green thumb for any lawn care and landscaping services.

I ordered a standard size blossoms in vogue with two mylar balloons after taxes and delivery fee, the total was $110. I live in Canton and was having them delivered to my aunt for her birthday in Cleveland. Although she loved her flowers, the presentation and the actual bouquet looked nothing like the picture, I was so disappointed I called the florist to see what could be done. The lady on the line was very rude and told me I should have specified no substitutions because they were out of whatever flower was the filler. . I then called back because I wasn’t happy with her response and asked to speak to a manager. She then informed me one was not available and took my number to have One Call me back. No one is yet to call me back and I am still very disappointed and unsatisfied with the bouquet and their customer service. That is why they are getting one star from me.
